I recommend booking 2–5 days in advance whenever possible. That said, I often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Most residential photo sessions take between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the property and the services requested.
You'll receive fully edited, high-resolution images the evening of the shoot. Unlike many other photographers, I do all my own editing — I don't send pictures overseas to be edited, which means my turnaround is much quicker.
Yes. Aerial photography is available for properties where it adds value and is permitted by local regulations and weather conditions.

Cancellations or reschedules made with reasonable notice are no problem. Weather-related changes are always accommodated.
